Wine with a purpose
Amocat Cellars grew out of an obsession to create a wine made in Tacoma from the best Washington grapes. Unlike some other wineries, we use no coloring agents, flavor enhancers, or un-natural additives. Just the grapes- and maybe some oak.
But that’s not all, since Amocat Cellars takes its inspiration from Tacoma’s colorful history, it seems only fitting that a percentage of profits will be donated to the local community.
The 2007 vintage marks the first year of production. The theme of this batch is on experimentation and Syrah-based blends. Samples from this effort should be available by late 2008.
