Stomp your feet! There’s a new wine in town!
Amocat Cellars grew out of an obsession to create a wine made in Tacoma from the best Washington grapes. Unlike other wine makers, I use no coloring agents, flavor enhancers, or additives. Just the grapes… and maybe a touch of oak.
The 2007 vintage marks the first year of production. The theme of this batch is experimentation and red blends. Samples from this effort should be available by late 2008.
